Who We Are
Our story
At Camigo Travel, our years of experience walking the Camino have shaped each package we plan - combining first-hand knowledge with genuine passion, so you can walk your way. Whether you're drawn to the mountain passes of the Pyrenees or the quiet coastal paths of the north, there's a route for every kind of pilgrim.
We are a family of walkers, who have collectively completed over 60 Caminos. With ancestral routes in Galicia, we use local knowledge, experience, and passion to help like-minded family, friends, and fellow travellers experience it all for themselves.
Our bespoke packages offer a personalised approach for those wishing to shape their own Camino experience. From adjusting routes and accommodations to curating cultural encounters, we tailor every detail to your preferences. With thoughtful planning and genuine care, we ensure your journey is both seamless and deeply fulfilling.

Camino Specialists
We specialise in planning Camino journeys — creating thoughtful, personalised itineraries that allow pilgrims to experience the Camino with confidence and peace of mind. From the well-loved Camino Francés and Portugués to quieter routes such as the Camino Finisterre, our focus is entirely on helping people walk these historic pilgrimage routes in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
Alongside the routes in Spain and Portugal, we also have a special interest in the Camino Inglés route in England. This lesser-known route offers a unique connection between England and Galicia.
What we offer:

Local knowledge shaped by our Galician heritage and Camino experiences
Carefully selected accommodation along your route
Luggage transfer services so you can walk with just a daypack
Driven by Passion
Our ethos is respectful and sustainable travel, encouraging pilgrims to connect with the landscapes, communities and traditions that make the Camino so special. We believe the journey is best experienced slowly and thoughtfully - supporting local businesses, travelling responsibly, and creating space for meaningful moments along the way.
We're also passionate about protecting the natural environment the Camino passes through. We plan with genuine respect for the landscapes you'll walk — the forests, farmland, coastlines and quiet countryside that make the trail what it is — and we encourage every pilgrim we work with to walk gently: leave no trace, stay on marked paths, and take care of the environment the same way generations of pilgrims have before them. The Camino is for everyone, and it’s up to everyone to
That's also why we intentionally limit the number of pilgrims we plan for each year. The Camino is under real pressure from over-tourism, and we believe it’s our responsibility to provide trips in an ethically responsible way.
Sustainability isn't just a box to tick, it's how our walking groups ensure the Camino is protected. We want this experience to pilgrims a hundred years from now.
Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. We’ve already recommended them to others.
